Follow these steps:
Step 1. Find full relaxation
Step 2: Allow the water to lift your legs… if it chooses to.
Step 3: Practice
Step 4: Practice More
Step 5: Keep Relaxing
Never force the legs up.
Just keep relaxing, practicing, & finding your unique front float.
Most importantly, remember…
When we start adding movement in the water
Everyone’s legs will rise to the top of the water.
