Caribe Nation,

Today, Sharon is entering Day 3 of her private retreat with me.

But before her first lesson, she questioned whether she had made the right decision.

She had watched my videos.

She had read the testimonials.

She believed this might be the approach she needed—but belief does not always silence fear.

Especially when previous lessons have left you feeling rushed, frustrated, or embarrassed.

So we began somewhere different.

We began with relaxation.

We slowed everything down.

We let her move at a pace her body could actually handle.

And when something was difficult, we did not treat it like failure.

We treated it like part of the process.

By the end of Day 2, Sharon was beginning to feel something she had not felt before:

A little ease.

Not complete confidence.

Not mastery.

But a little less anxiety than before.

And then she said:

“That alone is a win for me.”

That sentence is the reason I do this work.

Because sometimes the first breakthrough is not swimming across the pool.

Sometimes it is realizing that the water does not have to control your entire experience.

Sometimes it is discovering that you can learn without being rushed, judged, or pushed beyond what you are ready for.

And once you experience that…

you begin to wonder what else might be possible.

Sharon still has more days ahead of her.

There is still more to learn, more to practice, and more confidence to build.

But the process has already begun.

And that is the beautiful part.

You do not have to fly to Puerto Rico to begin your own process.

Inside the Caribe Swim Community, you can learn step by step through structured courses, support, feedback, and a community of swimmers who understand exactly what you are working through.

Your first win may not look like swimming yet.

It may simply be the moment you realize:

“Maybe I can actually do this.”

BIG Love,
