How to Box Breathe

How to Box Breathe:

  1. Inhale for 4 seconds

  2. Hold for 4 seconds

  3. Exhale for 4 seconds

  4. Hold for 4 seconds

Simple, right!

Here is when to use Box Breathing:

  1. Before you begin your swim practice session: Do this 10x 

  2. In between each repetition: Do this 3-5x

  3. Any time you feel uncomfortable or feel your mind taking over, Do this 5-10x
