Before we even focus on swimming…

We start here:

Breath control.

For many new swimmers, this is the hardest step.

It can feel:

  • suffocating

  • scary

  • uncomfortable

Water in the nose.
Tightness in the chest.
Panic.

I get it.

But with the right step-by-step progression, we can remove that fear and build the foundation for real freedom in the water.
