5 Out of Water Exercises
To Complete before starting your swim practice.
What we do outside of the water is just as important as what we do in the water.
As an example, a community member posted this yesterday:
I believe the issue here is equal parts tension from fear…
And tension from a lack of warm-up, before starting the lesson.
So, what are the best warm-up stretches/movements to get our upper body ready?

Exercise 2: Arm Circles Backwards
Exercise 3: Floppy Arms Side to Side
Exercise 4: Shoulder Rolls Forward
Exercise 5: Shoulder Rolls Backwards
Complete these 5 movements before every swim session to help your body loosen up, before beginning your in-water movements.
